All news, photographs, audio, and video shown in the Nirnay TV app are produced or curated by the Nirnay TV newsroom in Bhubaneswar and sourced from our editorial website nirnaytv.com and our official channels.

2. Languages

• Primary editorial language: Odia (ଓଡ଼ିଆ).
• Secondary editorial language: English.
• You can switch the app's language between Odia and English from the Profile screen.

3. Editorial Standards

• Stories are produced and reviewed by Nirnay TV journalists.
• Sources are verified to the best of our editorial ability.
• News and opinion are clearly distinguished.
• Corrections are issued openly and dated.

4. User-Generated Content

The App does not currently accept comments, posts, uploads, or any other form of user-generated content. The bookmark and read-history features are strictly private to you and stored on your device and your account.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Content

We do not knowingly publish content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or that incites violence. We aim to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable IT Rules, and Google Play's content policies.

6. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter content you believe is offensive, factually incorrect, or otherwise inappropriate, email admin@nirnaytv.com with the article title or link. Our editorial team reviews every complaint and responds within a reasonable time. Serious grievances are handled by our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy).
